John, Have you emailed Russel? He will respond and let you know whether it is even published. I had a question about a Torroba piece earlier this year and he did get back to me. Actually, he apologized for not responding more quickly. He was on tour at the time and didn't have the music with him.
I have found that sometimes the pros record music that is available only as urtext from the publisher. Dale Kavanaugh is one such artist (beautiful and talented too!
).
